Our Story

I grew up in a small town called Ponnur, in Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh. Like many students, my path was shaped early—my father used to say, "All the children of the three brothers should become engineers." That vision became our collective family goal, and for me, it became a fixed destination.

 

After completing my 12th, I pursued mechanical engineering and graduated in 2001.

My Story

After graduation, I stood at a crossroads: software or HVAC? I chose HVAC and enrolled in a design course that taught me HVAC systems and AutoCAD. Soon after, in January 2002, I landed my first job as an HVAC engineer. Back then, we had no real access to the internet, no LinkedIn, and very little guidance.

A few years into my career, I realized something crucial: to grow into a leadership role, technical skills alone are not enough. You need to manage teams, communicate clearly, and lead with confidence. But I started learning leadership and public speaking at the age of 40. I always wished someone had told me that earlier.

If I could go back and restart my journey, I would:

  • I started learning HVAC in my second year of engineering.

  • Connect with real companies and do internships, even unpaid.

  • Work on design, drafting, and quantity take-off in my free time.

  • Build relationships with top companies to secure offers before graduation.

  • Most importantly, I would start learning communication and leadership early.

The Brilliant CEO Club was launched to help students discover their passion and potential early — long before they step into college or the job market. It’s designed to nurture strong communication and networking skills that connect them with mentors and professionals in the industries they dream of joining. We encourage students to explore internships, gain real-world exposure, and engage in hands-on learning while still in school. So by the time they graduate, they don’t just hold a degree — they carry the skills, confidence, and connections needed to secure job offers from top companies or launch their own startup with clarity and courage.

Our Mission

We are on a mission to empower 500 students with the mindset, skills, and experiences of real-world leaders — helping them discover their purpose early, communicate with confidence, build meaningful networks, and take action toward their career or entrepreneurial dreams before they graduate.
